I would give Michael 6 stars if I could. Michael helped Joey Pellerito and I find our dream home after a long 6 months. Michael always kept a positive and eager attitude and was very knowledgeable about the market. He met us at odd hours and always did whatever he could to get us in to tour a home at our convenance. He made sure to get us the best bang for our buck and was able to get the seller agree to pay all closing costs! We couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience buying our first home with Michael.

Michael has done an amazing job! He helped us a lot during the process of getting our properties (4-plex), he took most of the stress off our shoulders. We were not easy clients, we changed our minds multiple times, at first we wanted a single family home and then we started to open our minds about other types of homes we wanted to per-sue. We looked at many houses, but we were never pressured into buying the first thing we looked at, something we experienced with other agents. Michael was always positive and attentive with us, always checking if everything was going the right direction . He managed to work with my husbands complicated work schedule. In fact, my husband was tasked for training out of state during the weeks of closing. Michael coordinated everything to include the power of attorney and kept both the seller and us on the same page. We used our VA loan and had some complications towards closing, but he went above and beyond keeping things peaceful with the seller and giving us relief during the most stressful part of the process. He helped us get what we wanted : )
